Once I was given permission to use Planet Ice as the location to my film I was able to explore the grounds in detail and discover the location I needed for my scene. The members of staff at Planet Ice allowed me complete access to all areas, this included the Ice rink, bar, seating area and the changing rooms. However, once I had received access to film at this location I then had to change the script according to the geography of the area. I has always planned for this to be a one day shoot and to have all scenes and scene locations in one location would make this one day shoot slightly easier.
